At Innovative Dental Clinic & Implant Center, we aim to ensure complete patient satisfaction. However, as dental treatments are customized to individual needs, our refund and cancellation policies are outlined as follows:
1. Consultation Fees
- Consultation or diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
2. Advance Payments for Treatments
- Advance payments made to confirm treatment bookings are non-refundable after the procedure begins.
- In cases where treatment has not yet started and cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the appointment, the advance amount may be adjusted for future appointments (subject to approval).
3. Partial Treatments or Incomplete Sessions
- If a patient chooses to discontinue a treatment midway, no refund will be issued for completed stages.
- However, unused future sessions (if prepaid) may be refunded or transferred after reviewing the case and treatment progress.
4. Missed Appointments
- Missed appointments without prior notice (minimum 12 hours) will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling benefits.
5. Service Quality Concerns
- We value your satisfaction and will review any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
- In the rare event of dissatisfaction, patients are requested to contact the clinic management directly for resolution before requesting a refund.
6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
